The client struggled with a high volume of resumes processed manually, which was time-consuming and led to the loss of relevant candidates.

The lack of a unified system complicated searching, filtering, and vacancy management. There was a critical need for a centralized CRM to automate data processing, improve candidate selection, and streamline recruiter workflows.

    Analysis & Requirements Gathering

    We analyzed recruitment processes, resume processing, and candidate interactions. Key HR workflows were identified, and a technical specification was developed, focusing on AI integration for automated candidate screening.

    CRM Logic & AI Architecture

    We designed the CRM structure, including modules for candidates, vacancies, resumes, AI analysis, filtering, candidate rating, and hiring process management.

  • Step 3

    Design & Frontend Development

    A pre-built UI framework was selected and adapted for the CRM. The interface was optimized for high-speed HR workflows and intuitive candidate analytics.

  • Step 4

    Functional & AI Module Development

    Core CRM features were implemented: resume processing, vacancy creation, and candidate management. We integrated AI for automated resume analysis, relevance detection, and candidate ranking.

    Testing & Launch

    All system scenarios, including AI analysis, underwent rigorous testing. After final validation, the system was launched and integrated into live recruitment processes.

CRM Functionality

The system supports the full candidate lifecycle—from resume upload to the final hiring decision. Built-in AI automatically extracts data from PDF files to build a structured candidate database. Users can edit information before saving, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

  • Users can upload PDF resumes, and the system automatically identifies key data such as name, experience, skills, education, and location. All data is stored in a structured format along with the original file, enabling efficient information management.

  • An advanced filtering system has been implemented based on parameters such as job title, experience, location, age, and skills. Users can set criteria priority, and the system displays candidates based on their percentage match. The most relevant candidates are automatically highlighted.

  • The system allows for creating and managing recruitment campaigns with the ability to set vacancies, dates, locations, and statuses. Candidates can be added to campaigns to track their progress, recruiter ratings, and interview results.

  • The system provides the ability to export candidate data in Excel and CSV formats, as well as save original PDF files. This allows for integration with other tools and the conduct of external analytics.

  • The system supports various user roles: Viewer, Recruiter, and Administrator. Each role has its own level of access to functionality. Additionally, geographic access restrictions have been implemented, enabling seamless collaboration with international teams.

  • The CRM supports multiple languages, allowing the system to be used in different countries and adapted for international teams.
