Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), posted and/or available on the Internet on the domain of the Site.

By using the services of the Site, the User agrees to the Privacy Policy of the site (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy"), and voluntarily and in their own interests agrees to such ways of processing Personal Information: collection, recording, systematization, storage, refinement (updating), modification, removal, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction for the purposes established by this Policy, using automation tools or without the use of such tools at the discretion. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User should not send personal data by filling out the appropriate forms.

The Privacy Policy applies to all personal information that the Site may receive about the Client/User during the use of the site.

We collect the following information:

During your visit to the Site, the Site Owner automatically receives information from standard server registration logs. This includes the IP address of your computer (or proxy server if used to access the Internet), the name of your Internet service provider, domain name, browser type and operating system, information about the site/page on social networks from which you accessed the Site, pages of the Site that you visit, the date and time of these visits, files, and cookies. We analyze this information in aggregated (depersonalized) form to analyze the Site's traffic and use it in developing proposals for its improvement and development. The connection between your IP address and your personal information is never disclosed to third parties, except in cases where consent is given and/or required by law. Technical information about visits to the Site (depersonalized) is also collected by the statistical counters installed on the site.

The user may also provide the following personal data about themselves or about the organization and its representatives on behalf of which they act: first name, middle name, last name, position, telephone number, additionally, corporate registration data (enterprise code, tax ID), registration and mailing address of such organization, corporate phone number, account number, name of the servicing bank, and correspondent account, etc. The information provided about the organization is not considered personal data.

The user is obliged to:

• Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Site within the framework of the Agreement.

The website owner is obliged to:

• Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
• Ensure the confidentiality of the information, not disclose the User’s personal data without the User’s prior consent, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the transferred personal data of the User to others. The User’s personal data may be stored and/or transferred to authorized government agencies only on the grounds and in the manner established by law.
• Take preventive measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedures commonly used to protect such information in existing business practices.
• Destroy or block personal data belonging to the relevant User from the moment of the User’s request or inquiry, or from their lawful representative or an authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, for the period of verification in case of identification of false personal data or unlawful actions.

Protection of collected information.

• The Site takes all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the confidentiality of user data. Only those Site employees who need to perform job functions that require access to personal data have access to information about users.
• The User acknowledges that in case of careless handling by the User himself/herself of secure storage credentials, third parties may gain unauthorized access to their personal data. The Site is not responsible for any damages caused by such access. We recommend that users use complex passwords consisting of numbers and letters.

The website owner has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent or notification. The User is responsible for reviewing the updated version of the Privacy Policy, which regulates the rules for using the Site. Changes to the Privacy Policy come into effect from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is developed and operates within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
