User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the relationship regarding the use of the Site's functions and the general terms of possible provision of Services between the Site Owner on the one hand and the User of the site who accepted the terms of this Agreement by joining this Agreement in full and unconditionally on the other hand, hereinafter referred to jointly as the "Parties", and individually as the "Party".

This Agreement and the relations between the Parties arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the legislation of Ukraine.

All objects accessible through the Site, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds and other objects placed within the Site are objects of exclusive rights of the Site. The Site provides the User with the right to use it functionally within its general functional capabilities.

The use of the Site in other ways, including by copying (reproduction) of the Content posted on the Site, as well as design elements, computer programs and databases that are part of the Site, their decompilation, modification, and further dissemination, public display, bringing to general information, is strictly prohibited.

The User is not entitled to reproduce, replicate, copy, sell or use any parts of the Site (including the Content available to the User through the Applications) or access to them for any commercial purposes.

The Site may contain links to websites on the Internet (third-party sites). These third parties and their content are not verified by the Site for compliance with certain requirements (such as accuracy or completeness). The Site is not responsible for any information, materials posted on third-party sites, which the User accesses as a result of using the Site, as well as for the availability of such sites or information and the consequences of their use by the User.

Links (in any form) to any website, product, service, any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Site are not approval or recommendation of such products (services, activities) by the Site.

In this document and related relationships, the following terms and definitions apply:

a) Website - an Internet site located in the domain of the Site Owner and its subdomains.

b) Agreement - this agreement, including all additions and amendments.

c) Site Owner - a person authorized to perform actions provided for by the Agreement.

d) User - a capable person who has joined this Agreement in their own interest or acts on behalf of and in the interests of other persons they represent.

The Site contains information and materials about goods and services that may be provided to the User in the future in the event of the conclusion of the relevant Agreement.

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the general data protection. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. All possible disputes arising from relations governed by this Agreement shall be resolved in the manner established by the current legislation of Ukraine.

If for any reason one or more provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this does not mean that other provisions of the Agreement are invalid or unenforceable.

Temporary inaction on the part of the Site in the event of a User's or other Users' violation of the terms of the Agreement does not deprive the Site of the right to take appropriate measures to protect its interests later, nor does it mean that the Site has waived its rights in the event of subsequent similar violations.

All disputes under the Agreement or in connection with it shall be heard in court at the location of the Site in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

This User Agreement has been developed and is valid within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data of individuals and on the free movement of such data.

The owner of the website has the right to make changes to this User Agreement without the consent or notification of the User. The User is responsible for reviewing the updated version of the User Agreement, which governs the rules of using the website. Changes to the User Agreement take effect from the moment of their publication on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the User Agreement.

This User Agreement is developed and operates within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data and the free movement of such data.
