CRM/ERP development
Any business automation system is necessary to provide employees with a convenient tool for work and to give management a convenient tool for monitoring the company's state. The development of any such system is only possible if you precisely know which business processes you need to automate.
Automation of business processes can apply to the operation of an online store, the automation of work for a law firm, or, for example, an agricultural farm.
The development of such a system can be done in two ways. The first option is to write a technical task and develop the system based on it. The second option is to develop a minimal viable version and continually refine it. Each method has its pros and cons, and to choose one, you need to consider how rapidly your business is changing and how often you need new additions to the system. For example, the development of an ERP for a farm will likely not require constant and frequent updates because business processes change infrequently. However, a CRM system for a law firm might require frequent updates due to the constant changes in legislation, especially regarding record-keeping.
Please take a look at our project - the content delivery system to customers. The project was developed from scratch because the requirements were such that standard CMS (Content Management Systems) were not suitable for this task
This project is an ERP+CRM system for managing a station for washing and repairing tank containers (special containers used for the transportation of chemicals).
