Three Custom Developments for Updating Our Website

Every modern website needs not only a beautiful look but also a convenient panel for daily operations. If managing information is inconvenient, it consumes a lot of time and leads to errors in service descriptions.

During the website modernization, we completely rethought how content is populated. The main goal of this update was to get rid of unnecessary manual work, improve the display of technologies, and set up an integration with the Clutch service to conveniently showcase authentic reviews from our clients with the ability for quick verification.

A Convenient Unified Directory for Additional Options

Previously, additional services and options on our website were not displayed automatically. Initially, we created a simple design and quickly launched it. However, we later encountered a problem: due to constant duplication, we had to spend a lot of time editing identical things.

For example, we have an online payment additional option, the parameters of which are practically the same regardless of the project type - whether it's the development of a large online store, a custom CRM system, or a chatbot. Previously, it took a lot of time to change the price, description, or technical specifications in each service by going to each page separately and rewriting the data manually. Now, thanks to the new architecture, we only need to make corrections once in the global directory in the admin panel, and the updated information will automatically update throughout the entire site.

To solve this problem, we developed a special module in the admin panel.

On the public part of the site, this updated module received a light visual block called "Additional Options." Each option card contains a clear price and a concise explanation, which significantly makes the choice easier for our customer.

Modernized Technology Block

Showing the tools and technologies we work with is very important for demonstrating our expertise. The updated technology block works on the exact same principle of a unified directory.

We have significantly improved the backend part of managing these cards and their appearance on the site compared to the previous design. A simple table appeared in the admin panel, where you can quickly search for, add, or delete the necessary tools, upload icons, and write short descriptions.

On the site, we removed complex lists and created a clean, light grid of cards. Each technology now has its own logo and a short text. Due to the absence of third-party extensions and clean code, the pages open instantly.

Integration of Reviews with the Clutch Service

So that potential clients can see our real experience, we set up a direct integration of our site with the independent Clutch platform. Now we can conveniently display reviews without simple text copying, which often raises doubts.

In the admin panel, we created a convenient interface that allows us to record all project evaluation metrics in detail: name, duration, cost, text review, and scores from the client.

On the site, this module looks like a nice widget with detailed information about the case. The main advantage is the presence of a button for review verification. Every visitor can click it, go to the Clutch service, and personally verify that this review is real.
 

Summary

Thanks to the development of these three custom modules, we have made content management much simpler and faster. We got rid of the routine of constantly rewriting identical data on different pages.

For visitors, the site has become more informative, the interface works stably and quickly, and open verification of reviews through Clutch helps build trust from the very first seconds.
