Our own rating of CRM systems covered 11 business solutions. We tried to be as objective as possible, so we identified both advantages and disadvantages. As it turned out, Ukrainian CRM systems are equally good as foreign ones.

Perfectum CRM

A Ukrainian CRM that comes out of the box. It can be stored on the client's server or in the cloud. A pretty good CRM system according to most reviewers.

It is an open source platform designed for companies of all sizes and industries in e-commerce (IM), service businesses such as real estate agencies, logistics companies, healthcare, and banks. It is one of the top CRM systems due to its wide range of features.

  • It does not limit the possibility of customization to the needs of a particular business,
  • There are a large number of ready-made modules and solutions for businesses in 20 niches.
  • Provides a full cycle of communication with business customers.
  • Allows not only IT specialists but also employees of business units to develop applications without coding.
  • According to a report by Forrester Research, this system has become one of the world's top 9 low-code platforms.

Disadvantages

It does not support email campaigns.

Disadvantages

  • There is no integration with Instagram.
  • It does not allow you to sell on foreign marketplaces, as the modules are customized for Ukraine.

  • Large companies should look for another product.

CleverBOX:CRM

Advantages

Zoho CRM

CRM from developers from the USA. It allows you to automate marketing and sales processes.

Advantages

  • It can be used on Android and Apple by installing the mobile app.
  • There is integration with 11 services, including 2 email services, 3 CMSs, Facebook, an analytics service, contextual advertising settings, and GetResponse for creating auto sales funnels. The choice is not very wide, but the ability to integrate with Zapier allows you to connect Zoho with other 300 services, but it will require additional costs.
  • One of the advantages is the low price.
  • Gamification is set up for managers to compete to increase productivity.

Disadvantages

  • Currently, the interface supports only 2 languages - Russian and English.
  • The support service communicates only in English.
  • It is not open source.
  • The setup process takes too much time.
  • Does not allow managing orders. Users note the complexity of the setup process, the inconvenient interface, and the need to pay extra for data export.

Advantages

  • It allows you to maintain a customer base, control communication with customers, keep track of the invoice status, expenses and profits, and keep records of goods, including those in the warehouse. The whole history of the client.
  • Requests are received in CRM automatically. Orders are visible in 1 window.
  • Easy integration with messengers, mailing services to implement a marketing strategy.

Disadvantages

OneBox CRM

OneBox OS is a low-code system for business. Cloud and boxed versions (the latter is obtained according to the On-Premise model - in the form of a 1-year purchase and the extension of activation keys, and the OS is received on the company's servers). The on-premise version is installed only on the client's server, and the developers are not responsible for the security and safety of data, so you will have to make backups yourself.

Advantages
